4.5.6 DUTCH-ENGLISH-SPANISH COLLABORATION PROGRAMMES
The Treaty of Maastricht has offered the Spanish government the possibility to continue their development plan to improve their economic infrastructure in a decisive way. Cervantes will contribute to exchange of management know how for the benefit of Spanish development projects like the idea to build up the Cervantes Management Centre on the Spanish south coast. Instituto Cervantes Holding Ltd declares to collaborate with the execution of this project.
