COLLABORATION WITH SPANISH
INSTITUTO CERVANTES
The Spanish Instituto Cervantes
is formally entitled to develop cultural activities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxemburg, except
in the form of courses,
trainings and educational programs. Managerially
this can lead to problems, however, regarding the use of the name.
For the use of the name the Spanish
Instituto Cervantes owes a fee
in the Benelux to the holding company.
More about this issue is expressed in the letter Arreglo
Amistoso to the
former Spanish
Prime Minister.
